3. Is there a membership fee or any hidden costs?

​There is no membership fee or any hidden costs in joining G-Vestor.

​4. Is G-Vestor a REIT? Do I have to allocate any money to G-Vestor?

 

​No, we are not a REIT fund. We also do not collect money from our investors. We represent our investors when negotiating with property developers. We are an exclusive platform that connects investors with developers, seeking to leverage the power of numbers to secure higher profit margins for investors.

​5. When I invest, am I purchasing the property through G-Vestor?

 

​All property purchases are done directly with the property developer. G-Vestor protects your interests in ensuring that the developer delivers what is promised.

6. Who will provide support during my time with G-Vestor? Who will be my point of contact?

 

​The introducer who invited you would be your point of contact. Alternatively you can also contact us here.

​7. Will G-Vestor give me access to overseas projects and ventures? 

 

​If a project with great value comes to our attention that we find fits our investors goals, we will get involved. This applies to overseas projects. G-Vestor’s mission is to make quality investment opportunities available to our investors.

​8. How often will investors be notified of upcoming projects?

Projects will be made available to our investors once or twice a year. This allows us to identify high quality opportunities and serve you better.

9. How long before I see a return on investment? 

 

This is subjective and depends on how long you choose to hold on to the property. With G-Vestor, you get to enter at below market price for prime locations. This shortens the time to see returns on an investment.

10. Does G-Vestor assist me with an exit strategy for my investment?  

 

​Yes. Based on your profile we will work out an exit strategy that best suits you. Through our partnership with multiple real estate agencies, we will be able to assist you in liquidating your property whenever you want to.

11. How will G-Vestor protect me as an investor? 

 

An agreement will be signed between G-Vestor and each of its investors that will clearly state the obligations G-Vestor has to you as an investor. G-Vestor also has signed agreements with the property developers we work with to ensure that the project will be delivered as agreed.
